If you want your home sold, Dan is your man! He sold our home the first weekend. I wasn’t prepared for things to move so fast but Dan knows the market well and made it happen. He even assisted us with securing a rental home to live in. Not only did he sell our home, he helped us get into our brand new home that will be built next year. Thank you Dan!

Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in South corona, Corona, CA.
I met Dan in a open house in Corona, when I was looking for a rental property. I will always ask the open house agent a question "what's the estimated rental price". Most of the time, I will get a random number, either too high or too low (sometime I did homework before that, and got eyerolling after the ridiculous number), some will answer me "I don't know". Dan is the the only one who give the answer like: I know the price 6 months ago, it was about $XXXX, not sure the current price, hold on, let me run the comp right away. He is the agent that has most updated local knowledge and did a lots of homework before listing a house: when the house was remodeled, what owner did when remodel, what's the brand level of appliance, is seller motivated seller. etc. So what he told you is really trustable.

Dan was and is the best
Dan was very informative and helpful during the process of selling our house at 2512 Fairglen Pl., Corona,Ca., in Oct., Nov., 2021. We couldn't have done it without him. I would recommend Dan to anyone who wanted a professional to sell their home. I can't say enough about Dan. We were fortunate to have him on our side . Thanks to Dan we were able to buy our home in "The Villages", Florida. I will always be grateful to Dan. This was a hard move, we didn't just move to another town, we moved across the country to Florida! Dan was and is the best.
